How much will it cost to attend NITLE Camp?

Costs for camp include:

• event registration: see individual events
• travel: air travel to IND + local transportation or driving
• food:
  • breakfast is included with lodging
  • lunch is provided in most camp events
  • dinner will be provided on 6/21/10; all other dinners are on your own
• lodging
  • $35/night on campus in the dorms
  • $89/night in the Walden Inn

Please see the lodging and travel page for directions and lodging options.  By securing on-campus housing, NITLE has been able to arrange a lodging cost of $35/night, including breakfast.

Registration Packages (See individual event costs below.)

To encourage participation across multiple days of camp and in topic tracks, NITLE offers package pricing for those who attend a community meeting and 2 or more days of workshops.  To determine your package, add up the number of workshop days (excluding the community meeting) from the list and select the appropriate package.   Please note that some workshops are one full day (1) and some are a half day (0.5).

• Package B:  2.5 workshop days and 1 community meeting
  • Network participant fee (early registration by May 21): $732

• Package C:  2 workshop days and 1 community meeting
  • Network participant fee (early registration by May 21): $590
  • Network participant fee (after May 21): $640
  • Out-of-Network participant fee: $940
