Stanford launched a course on developing iPhone apps this week. Course materials are available in that university’s iTunesU site.
Like with other open courseware projects, the materials may be accessed for free, but not the course experience:
Online viewers of the Stanford course will see the same lectures as the on-campus students, but will not receive credit for the course (http://cs193p.stanford.edu).
